Poste : Alternance / Stage/Communication
Description du poste :
-  Contribute proactively to supporting our business priorities through communications -Support the Employee & Change Communications initiatives, projects and campaigns by bringing creative input, developing presentations and producing key messages to send to our different audience groups - Deliver communication plans in support of all key transversal functions activities, (webinars and push mails etc) -Participate in communications of projects driven from any of the transversal functions and designed to impact the broader region: employee engagement survey, cost savings initiatives...  - Measure the impact of communications on employees - Demonstrate versatility and be a proactive team member capable of creating and posting content on all our digital platforms: Intranet, corporate website, social media channels

-Communications background (M1 or M2 in communication) - An understanding of digital tools and a desire to push the boundaries when it comes to communication techniques  -Comfortable with emailing platforms, digital environment and use of websites back-office application  -Excellent writing and editing skills in both French and English (a third language would be a plus)  -Excellent interpersonal and listening skills,  -Creative flair to deliver engaging communications  -Ability to work to tight deadlines and project mode - Good organisational skills  -Personally comfortable with change and has an understanding of change management
