As a Leadership Communications Manager, you will be in charge of:
-Contributing to delivering the overall company strategy and mission of Communications:
-Contribute to the delivery of the global company strategy and business growth objectives, bringing dynamic and differentiated storytelling;
-Contribute to our existing, new and upcoming channels: leaders webinars, business & transformation updates, COMEX messages to Senior leadership community, Yammer communities
-Manage the delivery of all communications towards Senior Leadership community. This will include building senior leaders pushmail, managerial communication kits, contributing to preparing content for webinars & video scripts, animation of Senior Leaders Yammer community etc
-Build and deliver a dedicated social collaboration plan to drive engagement and effective dialogue within the Senior Leaders Yammer community
-Prepare key messages for executives participating in internal events
-Build emotional connections with all of our internal stakeholders
-Work collaboratively in project mode with comms leads to ensure a strong and consistent business story
-Ensure delivery remains focused on business outcomes
-As a member of the Digital and Employee communications team, provide input to the appropriate strategies and global frameworks, guidelines and processes and contribute to the collective intelligence of designing the Digital Workplace
-Ensure Communication initiatives within the designated area of responsibility remain focused on delivering against business objectives, protecting and enhancing the brand, and contributing to employee engagement
-Foster relationships with key internal stakeholders to produce clearly defined dynamic and consistent communications.
-Work in project mode on ad hoc transversal projects contributing to employee engagement.
-Obsessed with data to measure effectiveness and drive insightful decisions
-Apply methods/metrics to demonstrate the impact on business outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement
-Responsible for creating and updating dedicated reports
-Be an active benchmarker consistently looking outside, learn from others and stay ahead of current trends
-Experienced professional with minimum 5 to 10 years experience and expertise in Leadership Communications with a proven focus on business outcomes
-Thrives working in a fast paced environment directly exposed to top management
-Able to work at with integrity and to maintain confidentiality
-Strong digital mindset and expertise
-Capability to work with all our digital tools and publishing platforms and at ease with exploring new options (analytics, video solutions, O365 tools) and developing adequate solutions for communications purpose
-Extensive knowledge of researching, writing, editing and reviewing communications for internal audiences.
-Experienced in change management and communications. Personally flexible and comfortable with change
-Strong storytelling and journalistic writing skills
-Multicultural awareness, able to lead transversal projects involving international teams,
-Experienced in working in matrix organisations
-Excellent interpersonal, listening and influencing and collaboration skills,
-Credible and comfortable in partnering with senior management,
-Analytical skills, able to synthesize and translate complexity in simple concepts, attentive to details,
-Strong project management skills,
-Positive, team player and aligned with Sodexo values and philosophy.
-Totally Bilingual spoken and written (French and English) is a must
