As part of our Global CRM Program - deployed worldwide to support Sales and Client Retention - Sodexo is looking for an apprentice to support the company in a challenging transformation project. Within the Group Sales & Marketing department, you will be part of the Global CRM Team, reporting directly to the Application Manager, based in Paris. You will have a significant role within a dynamic and international team and worldwide CRM community! As an apprentice within the Global CRM Team, you: - Are responsible for the CRM Application Quality to ensure the application is answering business requirements - Ensure application meets the business requirements - Take part to meetings with project teams to document business requirements and technical requirements based on functional specifications - Support continuous improvement activities related to quality Main responsibilities will include: - Create and run tests when implementing new functionalities in the CRM tool - Evaluate/Measure key performance metrics on the usage of the CRM worldwide This position is meant to evolve with you. Other responsibilities might come, and particularly training and supporting CRM end-users. This will include training on CRM functions and capabilities as well as Change Management aspects.

- Youre a Masters Degree student, looking for an apprenticeship starting in January. - Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - You are very organized and pays a lot of attention to accuracy of data. You care a lot for details. - Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills (English is a must, French is a plus). - Must work well with others in an international team environment. - A first experience with a CRM and/or application maintenance is a strong plus.
